Hey, I’m Devyn! I’m a Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) Educator and Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner (HRHP) with training from Justisse College international.

Have you ever heard of cervical mucus? I hadn’t until I accidentally stumbled across Fertility Awareness in 2018 and decided to drop the birth control pill and take control of my body and menstrual health.

I believe that all women (and persons with a uterus) have the right to understand their fertility and how menstrual health is actually an indicator of your overall health. That’s why I’m here! I didn’t get a satisfactory sex ed class, I dreaded my periods and I struggled finding a contraceptive option that was right for me. But when I discovered fertility awareness I discovered a well-researched world of knowledge in women’s health. And it made me ANGRY that this information isn’t widely known. I am not against hormonal contraceptives; I absolutely believe that all women should have access, but most importantly, should be informed and understand all the risks and benefits when choosing what option is best for them.

I understand that using a FAM as birth control isn’t for everyone, but I do believe that every woman has something to learn about their body.
